Our Director of Client Services for our firm, is a full time, salaried plus commission position responsible for overseeing all of our firm’s sales and client service efforts. Responsibilities include making and following up on sales presentations and hiring, assigning and supervising our Campaign Directors in their client assignments. This involves assisting our directors in the development of their calendars, case statements and final reports in the fundraising feasibility/planning studies they conduct and their calendars and case statements for their capital campaigns. It also involves helping our directors develop campaign themes, goals, charts of giving needed to succeed and a list of giving opportunities for their campaigns.
Full and part-time Campaign Directors are needed throughout the United States to direct and implement our company’s services. This includes organizing and directing client feasibility & planning studies as well as the implementation of their capital campaigns. A strong and active faith life, excellent communication and computer skills and a willingness to travel are essential.
Part to full time Church Relations Specialists are needed at our home office in Burnsville, MN to help call past and prospective client churches throughout the United States to inquire about their need for our services, to send information to those who have an interest and follow up with them to check on their progress and to offer any needed advice and assistance. Our Church Relations Specialists also regularly reach out to people of influence who may know about impending church fundraising. They are also responsible for updating and keeping current our contact records. A strong and active faith life and excellent organization and telephone communications skills are a necessity for this position which offers an exceptional hourly wage, flexible hours and summers off, if desired, as well as retirement benefits.
A part-time, strategic and creative Writing Specialist is needed to help in developing copy for various written and promotional materials needed by our clients and our company. A strong and active faith life, knowledge of churches, and ideally church fundraising; an ability to work collaboratively, listen carefully, meet tight deadlines, think strategically and write creatively in a conversational story telling style are a necessity for this position which offers an exceptional hourly wage, flexible schedule and retirement benefits.
