Aaron Lynch brings a unique set of experience (22 years in pastoral ministry and non-profit work) and skills (fundraising, recruiting, team building, life coaching, and program development) to Walsh & Associates. He is passionate about helping faith organizations build connections to strengthen their communities – the foundation of every church capital campaign. His creativity to view situations and projects in new/strategic ways, ability to communicate and build teams, and positive vision that motivates groups to excel are his core tools. Aaron’s experience and skills are also valuable for the churches we serve as he can relate to and understand the nuances of church and ministry.
Aaron loves people and that is no more evident than when he is working with clients and managing large groups. He currently serves as the Connection Pastor at Pursuit Community Church in Mounds View, MN as well as serving on the Board of Directors of a national youth development non-profit. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Arts degrees in Youth Ministry and Bible from the University of Northwestern St Paul.
Aaron and his amazing wife (Jessica) have been married for 17 years. They spend most of their time making each other laugh and raising their twins, Aksel and Victoria. He loves God, family, reading/listening/learning, DIY projects (like restoring their 1900 farmhouse), and spending as much time outdoors as possible. The Lynches live in St. Paul, Minnesota and Aaron is excited to partner with churches as they strive for excellence!
