Open Hearts Open Spaces – Renovation Capital Campaign
Over the years, St. Stephen’s Lutheran Church in West St. Paul, MN, has intentionally shaped its facilities to serve its congregation and the wider community. However, as time passed, they realized that their building no longer fully supported their mission. Their community needed to be building connections for the future with a renovation capital campaign. To address their facility challenges, they partnered with Walsh & Associates to conduct a Feasibility & Planning Study, ensuring that the voices of their members guided the next steps.
The insights gathered from the study led directly to their Open Hearts Open Spaces, Intentionally Building Connections capital campaign. With a strong sense of purpose and a commitment to the future, the St. Stephen’s community came together and surpassed their campaign goal. This incredible achievement is a testament to their dedication to creating a more welcoming and functional space for worship, fellowship, and outreach.
