Campaign Purpose
At Walsh & Associates, we are honored to partner with Royal Redeemer Lutheran Church on their One Body, One Goal capital campaign. From the start, it was clear that this church family is committed to providing safe, welcoming, and functional spaces for worship, learning, and community life.
Maintenance & Renovation
The campaign Feasibility & Planning Study identified several aging systems that needed attention. From that vital congregation input, church leadership completed their campaign plans. These included addressing the needs identified – fire and sprinkler systems, windows, flooring, lighting, and roofs to ensure safety and reliability. High-use interior updates plans were also included to improve finishes, furnishings, and overall appearance to create more comfortable, welcoming, and functional environments.
Updated Systems & Exterior Improvements
Royal Redeemers plans also include upgrading security, accessibility, climate control, and communication systems to improve safety, usability, and the overall experience of the facilities. Outside, entrance improvements and updated signage plans would make the campus more inviting to visitors and the wider community.
Debt
The church’s campaign plans were not just about facilities. It was also about fortifying Royal Redeemers financial strength. By eliminating their debt from past building projects, they would free resources to support ministry, programs, and growth for years to come.
Campaign Success
Through the enthusiastic generosity and faith-filled support of its members, Royal Redeemer surpassed their goal and will be able to achieve their plans. Addressing their important needs will secure a strong facility and financial foundation for their future. We are humbled to have been a part of their journey.
