Campaign Purpose
Walsh & Associates partnered with the leadership of St. John XXIII Catholic Community in Perrysburg, OH on a successful capital campaign to raise over $3 million to begin building a new parish campus. We returned for a second time for their Illuminate campaign to complete their vision.
Their exciting plan called for greatly expanding their current facilities. To meet the growing needs of the parish, they planned to construct a new building to house their dedicated worship space, a day chapel, offices, and meeting rooms. They also planned to expand their parking lot, re-route their entrance way, and address traffic access to the church. In their Parish Life Center, they planned to transform the current office and sacristy into a permanent Youth Ministry space.
