John D. Jaraczewski, Sr. is passionate about strengthening faith-based institutions through philanthropy, mission clarity, and meaningful donor relationships. Based in Greenville and Charleston, South Carolina, John works with Catholic churches, Catholic schools, parishes with schools, and mission-driven ministries to build fundraising strategies that honor mission, deepen trust, and support long-term institutional strength.
With deep experience as an advancement leader, major gifts officer, campaign consultant, and philanthropy strategist, John has worked across higher education, nonprofit leadership, corporate philanthropy, and Catholic school advancement. His work includes campaign readiness, annual and major giving strategy, board and volunteer engagement, donor cultivation and stewardship, case development, communications, and coaching for leaders responsible for advancing mission.
John helps pastors and Catholic leaders clarify priorities, engage donors with confidence, and invite families and supporters into a deeper shared commitment to the life and mission of the Church.
John holds a Master of Fine Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, a formation that grounds his work in creativity, empathy, communication, human engagement, and meaningful storytelling. He also brings professional training and certification in corporate community relations and media relations.
