Sacred Heart Catholic Church
Campaign Purpose
Sacred Heart’s campus was strategically designed to build a strong community of faith through worship, education, stewardship, Christian service, and evangelization in order to share God’s love for all people. Since 2007 they had built a new church, a new school, and a new parish hall. The decision to build them at one time was made so that they could take advantage of lower interest rates as well as lower construction costs. They held two earlier campaigns, led by Walsh & Associates. It was time for a third campaign to address their debt. They knew that lingering debt would jeopardize their parish’s growth. With the continuing generosity of their parishioners, they would be able to reduce their debt and continue to grow their ministries.
The Forward in Faith campaign was an intensive effort to raise the funds to reduce and ultimately retire their building loan debt and fulfill their promise to live their faith. “We have built the facilities to do God’s work. Now, we are being called to focus on paying off the debt.”
