St Frances of Rome Catholic Church
Campaign Purpose
In 2017, St. Francis of Rome completed a very successful capital campaign to renovate their church. Since then, Mass attendance increased, providing a firm foundation for their future in many ways. Yet, their loan from the archdiocese for the renovation was over $45,000 in annual principal and interest payments. These payments prevented St. Francis from being able to afford other important needs. Things like programs, ministries, and improvements that would directly benefit their parish and local community members. Building savings to use for emergencies or other major or ongoing maintenance needs. And even meeting their annual expenses.
St. Francis hired Walsh & Associates to conduct a Feasibility & Planning Study and then direct their God is Calling Me/Dios está Llamándome campaign. The funds raised would pay off their archdiocesan loan and their share of the archdiocese annual campaign. Some urgent maintenance exterior and interior needs were also identified and included in the campaign. The community rallied and exceeded their goal in support of all their plans.
Testimonials
“Since we were just finishing the last campaign, I had some doubt we would achieve such excellent results. My expectations were exceeded. Thank you very much.”

Helping Churches Reach New Heights in their Capital Campaigns
Our mission is to be great stewards, to live up to the Parable of Talents and to bring out the best in those we serve. Our consistent and proven-to-be-successful approach to directing church capital campaigns helps assure this. We just work with churches, only do capital campaigns and ground them in prayer, scripture and sound stewardship teachings. Then we combine this with practical, proven-to-be-most-productive operating methods. This not only assures you of getting the best results and best return on your capital campaign investment financially, but also, that your church will grow spiritually and in community and will be more equipped and excited than ever about doing God’s will through the works of your church.
