Church Capital Campaigns

Central Region

These Catholic and Protestant church capital campaigns in the Central Region of the US were led by Walsh & Associates. Our mission is to be great stewards, to live up to the Parable of the Talents and bring out the best in those we serve. We just work with churches and only do capital campaigns. Campaigns grounded in prayer, scripture, and sound stewardship teachings. We combine this with our practical, proven-to-be-most-productive operating methods. This assures you of getting the best results and best return on your capital campaign investment financially. Your church also will grow spiritually and in community. And, it will be more equipped and excited than ever about doing God’s will through the works of your church.

Client Testimonials

“We chose to hire Walsh & Associates to run our capital campaign based on their success rate and the quality of their program. Less than a year later, we couldn’t be happier! Their feasibility study was spot on and helped us plan our campaign as well as our budget for our remodeling project. The quality of the marketing materials (video, brochure, and mailings) was second to none. The staff and marketing department were willing to work with us to incorporate some of our own video and photos into the materials, which was above and beyond. The campaign schedule seemed intense at first glance, but it was hugely successful. It was very well thought out in terms of content and timing. We overshot our goal and the spirit of cooperation at the parish is at an all-time high. Our campaign was very successful, and I would highly recommend Walsh & Associates!

Lighting the Way to the Future campaign

“Five months ago, many people challenged me on the decision to bring in an outside consultant. They were convinced we should do it ourselves and not spend money to raise money. We chose another firm to conduct the feasibility study because of their lower costs. The results indicated we could raise $400,000-$600,000 for our building project, but we had a need to raise more capital. The other firm was more of an “advisor” rather than a “manager” and had a less “hands on” approach. We chose to enlist the help of Walsh & Assoc. for our capital campaign because of their fundraising philosophy and proven track record. As of this date we have pledges and gifts of $1.2 million.”

“Our campaign director worked closely with our pastor to identify a campaign cabinet that would work closely with her on the campaign. The roles of each cabinet member were clearly defined, and then she worked closely with us to identify goals, develop action plans, and complete the work of the campaign. Her communication was clear and direct throughout. Our director was able to provide support, but also recognized the unique nature of our congregation, allowing us to make the campaign work for us. Throughout the process Walsh & Associates provided us with the organizational direction and support to complete a successful campaign. This is not something we could have accomplished on our own. It is without reservation that I recommend Walsh & Associates.”

Imagine Our Jubilee campaign

“Our consultant from Walsh was our trainer, overseer, and cheerleader. Key messaging in the campaign was kept consistent and spirit-filled, creating a positive, can-do environment every step of the way. This was our largest capital campaign in our 100-year history, and we found many willing hearts with your help! I would definitely recommend Walsh & Associates to any congregation seeking spirit-filled professional leadership for a campaign. Your outside counsel is well worth the investment.”

Steps of Faith campaign

Walsh & Associates conducted a feasibility study to gauge the successfulness of a campaign, minimum and challenge goal for pledges, and instituted a step-by-step process which led to a very successful endeavor.  This was our 3rd fundraising campaign for this parish and by far the most successful.  Their enthusiasm and concern for our parish was contagious.  They were much more in-depth than others we had used in the past. I would rate it excellent.”

Freedom for Our Future campaign

“Our consultant from Walsh was extremely helpful in conducting the feasibility study and getting our campaign organized and running full speed. She was always willing to listen to any issues or ideas on how the campaign might need to be tweaked for our church’s needs. She showed respect towards everyone on the committee and had flexibility when needed. I would highly recommend the Walsh & Associates team to any church looking to do a large fundraising campaign!”
