Campaign Purpose
In order to be able to live out their call to Worship God with All Their Hearts and Minds and to Walk Their Spiritual Paths Together in a way that is meaningful and impactful to all, Hancock United needed to look closely at their worship spaces. They needed to see how they could be improved to serve, in the best way possible, all their members and friends, and to show a welcoming face to those whom they have not yet met.
Under the guidance of Walsh, their Faithful & Forward campaign was undertaken to make their building safe and secure, improve their worship services and spaces, make more usable space, and continue to honor their veteran members. Responding by raising 3.89 times their annual giving, their faith community very much supported their plans.
