Wesley United Methodist Church
Wesley United Methodist church undertook their Onward – Accelerating Paying Down Our Debt campaign to reduce their new building debt. An additional goal was to build out youth area restrooms that were never completed in the original building project. Members showed their support for the community and their plans by exceeding their goal. The plan would enable them to reduce their debt by almost 60% and build out some necessary youth area facilities.
“This was a different approach to fundraising for our church. Our consultant did a great job of reassuring our campaign volunteers to follow the Walsh plan. She took our fears to cheers at the end of the campaign as we surpassed our prior campaign by over 50%. Thank you to our consultant and Walsh & Associates!”
– Pete Haayen, Community Gifts Co-Chair
“We had several people, including myself, who had serious doubts about the process and found ourselves making a total turn-around by the end. Thank you to our consultant for hanging in there with us. ”
– Nancy Haayen, Community Gifts Co-Chair
“The orientation materials were A+, and the case statement and theme were excellent. The special cards, tables and system used at commitment weekend were excellent. The final report was so professional, clear, and thorough and provided lots of follow-up options. ”

Helping Churches Reach New Heights in their Capital Campaigns
Our mission is to be great stewards, to live up to the Parable of Talents and to bring out the best in those we serve. Our consistent and proven-to-be-successful approach to directing church capital campaigns helps assure this. We just work with churches, only do capital campaigns and ground them in prayer, scripture and sound stewardship teachings. Then we combine this with practical, proven-to-be-most-productive operating methods. This not only assures you of getting the best results and best return on your capital campaign investment financially, but also, that your church will grow spiritually and in community and will be more equipped and excited than ever about doing God’s will through the works of your church.
