St Dionysius Catholic Church
Campaign Purpose
Through St. Dionysisus’ long history, their facilities served them well. However, looking toward the future, their building needed attention and the parish was in need of change. There were continuing problems with leaks in the church due to its flat roof construction. The church basement, where they held church functions, had many maintenance and renovation issues that needed to be addressed. It lacked accessibility, had groundwater flooding and leaks, and their fellowship hall and restrooms did not meet their needs. Although the parish had gotten by for many years with what they had, their facilities needed updating and enhancements.
In partnership with Walsh & Associates, St. Dionysius embarked on their Pride in Our Past, Preserving Our Future campaign. The funds raised would enable them to fix their roof, improve their gathering space and fellowship facilities, and enhance their worship space.
